Our engineers recently completed a scheduled maintenance visit at a residential property, servicing the sites smoke ventilation, fire alarm, and emergency lighting systems.
Works included functional testing of automatic opening vents (AOVs), control panels and manual overrides to confirm correct operation. The fire alarm system was tested, including detectors, call points, sounders and standby power supplies.

We also carried out emergency lighting duration and functionality tests to ensure the system remained fully operational. All systems were confirmed in working order, with certification issued to the client.
